Hello and Salam Aleikum! I’m a certified fitness trainer and a mom to five. After the birth of my first child, I developed an interest in fitness and an overall
healthier lifestyle, which later became my passion.

It was when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after my third child, that I
really began taking my health more seriously. I gained at least 50 lbs with each child and it took a carefully crafted meal and fitness routine to shed that weight every time. Since I had gained a substantial amount of weight, I had to work hard to achieve my ideal weight and fitness level. This inspired me along with my faith to become certified as a fitness trainer and turn my passion into a career of helping others in similar situations.

I am committed to helping women, especially moms, who are always busy with countless tasks, to motivate them to take care of themselves and achieve a healthy lifestyle for their overall betterment.

After beginning my journey in fitness training, I quickly learned that working out and healthy eating go hand-in-hand. Nutrition means eating a healthy and well-balanced diet, which leads to an improved lifespan as it prevents future illness and promotes positive mental wellness!

My fitness

I create plans which cater to both those who are new to workouts and those who have been working out for a long time. I have researched how exercise can improve your cardiovascular system, your mental health, your insulin production and regulate blood sugar. In some cases, it can even reduce one’s chances of contracting various kinds of cancers. I have also found that exercise helps maintain muscle and bone strength along with many more benefits — which you will find in this blog. I also offer both group and private sessions.
