Hello and Salam Aleikum! I’m a certified fitness trainer and a mom to five. After the birth of my first child, I developed an interest in fitness and an overall
healthier lifestyle, which later became my passion.
It was when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after my third child, that I
really began taking my health more seriously. I gained at least 50 lbs with each child and it took a carefully crafted meal and fitness routine to shed that weight every time. Since I had gained a substantial amount of weight, I had to work hard to achieve my ideal weight and fitness level. This inspired me along with my faith to become certified as a fitness trainer and turn my passion into a career of helping others in similar situations.
I am committed to helping women, especially moms, who are always busy with countless tasks, to motivate them to take care of themselves and achieve a healthy lifestyle for their overall betterment.
